I'm a college student building the digital partner I wish small businesses already had — one that picks up the phone, ships fast, and charges fair prices.
I started NeoDigital because I kept seeing the same thing happen to small business owners I knew: a roofer, a hair salon, a family-run cafe. They'd pay an agency thousands for a website, wait six months, get something they hated — and then nobody would answer the phone when something broke.
I'm in college. I don't have an office tower or a sales team. What I do have is the time, the obsession, and a co-founder who can build basically anything on the internet. So I decided to build the company those owners actually deserve.
NeoDigital is small on purpose. When you hire us, you're not getting passed to an account manager. You're getting me — the person whose name is on the door — and a senior engineer. That's it. That's the whole game.
I believe small businesses are the most underserved market in tech. They get sold either cheap, broken templates or overpriced enterprise software they don't need. NeoDigital sits in the middle: real engineering, modern design, AI-powered tooling, fair prices, and a founder who answers her texts.
I run a tight ship for a reason: small businesses don't need an agency, they need a partner who treats their site like it matters — because it does.
Every project goes through me. No junior handoffs, no offshore subcontractors, no "your account manager is on PTO."
Pricing is on the website. You approve the number before any work starts, and that number is what you pay. No quote games.
Starter sites in 48 hours, growth sites in 1–2 weeks. Modern stack, performance-obsessed engineering, real testing on real devices.
Code, content, designs, hosting — you own all of it. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything. No hostage situations.
Email, text, call — usually back within hours, not days. If something on your site breaks, I want to know before your customers do.
We use AI for what it's actually good at — audits, QA, copy drafts, automation — so we can charge less without cutting corners.
"Small businesses don't have time to be a project. They have a business to run. Our job is to disappear into theirs."
"Being young is not a weakness. It means I'm building this from scratch with the tools that actually exist in 2026, not the ones agencies got stuck with in 2014."
"If a client has to chase me for an update, I've already failed. Communication is the product."
"Fair prices aren't a marketing line. They're the only way a roofer or a salon owner actually gets a real website."
Tell me about your business and what's not working on your site. I'll send back honest thoughts — whether or not you hire us.
